Concept & Fittings
Concept & Fittings is perfect when separate site drawings are not required for lighting.
We will create a lighting concept moodboard with light fitting specification.
Fittings & Layouts
Fittings & Layouts works best when the lighting concept has already been established. At this stage we can provide lighting layouts including wiring circuits and corresponding light fitting
specification, ensuring the desired lighting effect is achieved.

Other Services
We offer a variety of other services which do not include any design elements and can be agreed on a fixed fee. These are sometimes included in the full design if appropriate to the particular project.
Fittings & Budget
In projects where a lighting scheme and layouts already exist, we can provide the light fitting specification according to the lighting concept. We will ensure the scheme provides sufficient lighting and is aesthetically effective. All fitting quantities
will be provided within a budget spreadsheet along with corresponding manufacturer quotes for a streamlined ordering process.
Procurement
If required, we offer a procurement service. Costs are based on a fixed fee which can be agreed at the start of the project or at a later point when the procurement of fittings becomes relevant.
We work on an open-book basis where all original manufacturer prices are shared with the client for approval before purchase.
Lighting Calculations
Whether it is an office that needs to meet the building regulations or a residential dwelling with strict planning restrictions, we can calculate light levels and prepare a detailed lighting report. This will include rendered images of the final lighting in the space based on a 3D model. The calculations can be made for emergency lighting, energy consumption, cost savings or as part of ecologist’s report.
Lighting calculations are offered as a standalone service or can be included as part of a design package.
