Here at Re:light Ltd. we take your privacy seriously. When you are in contact with us, we will gather some information from you, including but not limited to; name, phone number, email address, address, site address and invoicing details. This information is collected in order to communicate, conduct our business and to promote our services. None of this information will be distributed or sold to any third party, unless we have so agreed with you prior to the sharing taking place, e.g. we have promised to introduce you to another professional whose services you would benefit from.

How we collect and use your data

We collect your data either via email or on the phone; unless we have met you in person and you have provided your information to us at that point. The information will be stored and used in our internal communications and record-keeping but will not be shared outside the company, unless required to do so by law.

Website

As a general rule our website does not collect any personal information of you unless you have chosen to provide that information to us by filling in your details to subscribe to our newsletter. We do not collect IP addresses but we have Google Analytics in use which gives us an overview of the ways people use our website. Google Analytics records data including but not limited to; geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system. None of this data can be used to personally identify you to us.

Your legal rights

You have certain legal rights in relation to the data we collect and store from you. At any time you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold of you, request corrections to the data, object the processing of it and to request erasure of it.
